This position supports the high-profile, agile, multi-departmental A/B Testing Team dedicated to helping stakeholders across the company achieve their revenue, subscription, and traffic goals across platforms. The A/B Team conceives, executes and measures tests to improve New York Times digital engagement, subscription sales and retention. The Intern will support the following: planning of A/B and Multivariate testing projects, successful setup and deployment, interfacing with stakeholders and internal teams, and timely delivery of insightful data analysis and reports.
What You’ll Do…
- Support testing engagements through the full lifecycle from test conception, through launch, to results analysis and rollout.
- Work with stakeholders to gather A/B test requirements, success metrics and size the opportunity of the test for prioritization.
- Collaborate with team members on a day-to-day basis to ensure the efficient execution of tests.
- Partner with analytics team to define campaign-reporting requirements and deliver campaigns results.

- Candidates should be pursuing a relevant BS or BA degree from an accredited 4-year university or college with an interest in Marketing or equivlaent
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical and multi-tasking skills
