Boston.com is seeking an Outside Digital Sales Rep for Cars.com in Boston, to manage an established book of business and maintain and grow revenue from local franchise or non-franchise auto dealers. You should be fearless in your approach to online advertising, the web, social networking and online community websites. Position I s responsible for generating direct and indirect sales, for meeting revenue goals and customer satisfaction objectives.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in outside sales experience in print, radio, or online
- Automotive business development
- BS/BA Degree preferred
- Outstanding prospecting, scripting and lead sourcing skills
- Outstanding communication, questioning, listening and relationship-building skills
- Work effectively in a team environment, exerting positive influence and serving as a team resource
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong data entry/typing skills
- Bilingual skills a plus!
- Strong Internet knowledge
- Comfort and experience with CRM systems
