Senior Producer (Acct Supervisor) Job (New York City, NY, US)

T Brand Studio is a fast-growing team of energetic writers, strategists, videographers, designers and developers creating branded content across all of The New York Times’s advertiser verticals.

As a Senior Producer (Account Supervisor) for T Brand Studio, this position will be working on day-to-day account management, developing and implementing best practices for team workflow as well as being responsible for both executing on projects and the strategic direction of key accounts. The Senior Producer will act as the liaison between clients/their agencies and internal creative teams — editorial, design, development, audience — to ensure client satisfaction. The right candidate will have a knack for problem-solving with a positive can-do attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and their agencies for all campaign needs
- Help establish and socialize account management best practices
- Manage campaigns from start to finish, serving as a liaison between the internal and client/agency teams to ensure all is on track, on message and within scope
- Support client relationships both directly and indirectly, including effectively communicating complex ideas and proposals, leading client meetings, crafting client correspondence, driving campaign production and researching new opportunities
- Distill client goals to help effectively define campaign success
- Help build and execute strategies that communicate and achieve client objectives
- Serve as the final check/gatekeeper for all deliverables, including writing and editing communications as needed

EXPERIENCE:
- BA or BS degree required
- 7+ years of account management experience in an agency environment
- Experience in juggling and prioritizing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across different teams/departments
- Demonstrated ability to work face-to-face with client teams
- Track record for problem-solving and embracing the figure-it-out ethos
- Proven success launching large-scale campaigns
- Extreme attention to detail
- Thick skin and a top-notch sense of humor
