We are looking for an HR Manager to work under the guidance of an HR Director to help develop, coordinate, and execute HR initiatives and programs that drive organization strategy and business results. This position will require expertise and insight into a range of disciplines, including talent management, organization learning, and employee relations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead our performance management practice within an assigned client group, helping managers set performance expectations, supporting managers to give coaching and feedback, and driving the year-end assessment process to completion.
- Partner with HR leadership to support leadership development and top talent development programs.
- Manage onboarding process for managers and new employees in assigned client groups
- Conduct exit interviews. Generate insights and recommendations from collected data
- Manage employee relations issues, counsel managers in application of HR policies
- Conduct employee investigations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree is required. Undergraduate or graduate work in HR a plus.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in an HR generalist role.
- Experience providing employee consultation, employee relations, human capital planning, talent management and career planning.
- Industry experience in media or technology companies a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive client relationships and influence all levels of the organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Comfortable working with an interdependent team, and comfortable with shifting priorities.
- Experience working with data to produce actionable insights, a plus.
