- Working with product managers and analysts, identify opportunities for product growth, generate hypotheses and design feature tests.
- Working closely and creatively with designers, create iterative, working prototypes to improve reader experience.
- Collaborate with a scrum team of back-end engineers to form requirements and execute stories from concept to production-ready features.
- Meet with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and validate results.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of web application architecture and the fundamentals of the web, semantic HTML5, and design patterns.
- Mastery of HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
- Fluency in modern development tools and front-end stacks, such as Git, Grunt, Less, Require, or their equivalents.
- Familiarity with agile methodology.
- Deep understanding and interest in design principles, typography, and white space.
- Strong track record of code successfully running in production.
