As an Outside Sales Rep you will work to grow revenue from Boston-area small and medium size businesses. You should be fearless in your approach to online advertising, the web, social networking and online community websites. You are responsible for generating direct/indirect sales and for meeting revenue goals and customer satisfaction objectives. This position is covered by a union collective bargaining agreement.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree Preferred.
- 5+ years as a successful, consultative account executive with proven skills in solutions selling across multi-media platforms
- Demonstrated track record of new business development and understanding of product branding and sales cycle execution.
- Proven experience using creative sales solutions and presentations that address audiences at many levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills a must.
- Expected to develop good relationships with peers, managers and support staff.
- Requires excellent presentation skills, and be familiar with power point and excel.
- Outstanding prospecting, scripting and lead sourcing skills
- Work effectively in a team environment, exerting positive influence and serving as a team resource
- Outstanding communication, questioning, listening and relationship-building skills
- Strong Internet knowledge
- Comfort and familiarity with CRM systems
