Job Description:
The Client Service Associate is the primary resource for managing the post-sale process for online advertising sales. Organized to cover specific Account Managers and sales categories, they develop and manage the contracts for advertising campaigns and coordinate the contractual, reporting, billing and traffic needs for the client.
Specific areas of responsibility include:
- Creating and/or overseeing the creation of advertising contracts in our contract management system to ensure that revenue is recorded correctly, ads are trafficked properly, and clients are billed correctly.
- Acting as the primary post-sale contact for our advertising clients.
- Managing the credit and pricing approval process for contracts.
- Working with the finance and sales departments to resolve billing issues and disputes.
- Overseeing and tracking the status of campaign launches, and working with the Traffickers to ensure creative is delivered and scheduled to launch in a timely manner.
- Monitoring campaign delivery and making pro-active suggestions for optimizations as needed.
- Working with Traffickers to resolve production issues and 3rdparty reporting discrepancies.
- Providing 3rd party delivery for proper monthly billing.
- Contributing to category and departmental goals and projects.
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Familiarity with the internet
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities, duties and projects in a fast paced environment
- 1-2 years of experience in online media or advertising preferred
