Job Description:
- Manage corporate wireless program to include device management, service plan assignment and reporting
- Provide backup support to corporate Procurement Card and Travel & Entertainment programs
- Administer various Purchasing programs to include express mailing, office supplies, travel and others
- Provide customer support services, resolve customer issues and function as liaison with suppliers
- Perform support activities for Commodity Managers within the Purchasing Department
Responsibilities:
- Work effectively with business units to understand their requirements and respond to program inquiries
- Process daily account requests for new services and equipment, upgrades, and maintenance on existing accounts
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations and ad hoc inquiries in support of business units
- Perform research on invoice statements to ensure accuracy of billing
- Review and analyze spend information for effective program management and decision-making
- Assist with training of policy/procedure as needed for business units
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software to include Word, Access and Excel
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships across all levels
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in summarizing large amounts of complex information into meaningful reports
- Occasional travel
PREFERRED:
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of three year of customer service experience
- Experience with query and reporting
- Experience with project management tools and techniques
- Previous customer service experience in a wireless environment
- Knowledge of purchasing and payables processes and workflow
